15th

Photo 1 shows a new concrete access path that has been constructed through the water. A large scaffolding structure has been built on the area where the lift hill will go, it is at least 60ft high.

 

21st

Track and supports finally arrive! There are currently just four pieces of track for the station and lift hill. Photo six shows many supports, looking through the bridge.

As more and more deliveries arrive each day, the top half of the lift hill supports were erected this week.

The upper lift hill has now been topped off with track. The bottom half and the station will be done at a later date. The supports for the heartline rolls have started to be placed.

The turn around and drop are complete, and more supports are being placed down all over the site. Work has begun on the queue line, photo 6. Last two photos taken by John Wardley on 28/08/01.
